40V Max Brushless Cordless 6-in. Random Orbit Sander, Tool Only

The 40V Max Brushless Cordless 6-Inch Random Orbit Sander delivers high-performance material removal and a swirl-free finish, matching pneumatic power without the hassle of heavy air hoses or power cords. Engineered with an innovative balanced design that separates the heavy battery weight from the tool body, it offers superior ergonomics and reduced operator fatigue during extended sanding sessions on tabletops, cabinetry, and large woodworking projects.

Driven by an efficient brushless motor paired with a variable speed control dial and electronic constant speed regulation, this sander maintains consistent pad rotation under heavy load. Featuring multiple speed selection modes, a low-profile grip, soft start technology, and integrated dust management compatibility, it provides professional-grade results across various wood types and finishes.

Key Features & Benefits:

• Pneumatic-Level Power Without Hoses: Delivers heavy-duty material removal comparable to air-powered sanders with the total freedom of a cordless platform.

• Balanced Ergonomic Design: Features an offloaded power source configuration to minimize wrist fatigue and maximize tool balance during long flat-surface sanding tasks.

• Variable Speed Control: Adjustable speed dial and multi-level electronic power selection allow users to match pad rotation (6,000 to 10,000 OPM) to specific applications.

• Swirl-Free Finish: Precision 3/16-inch orbit diameter ensures ultra-smooth, scratch-free surface preparation and fine finishing.

• Constant Speed & Soft Start: Electronic speed control automatically applies extra power under load while soft-start technology prevents sudden jolts upon startup.

• Integrated Dust Management: Efficient through-the-pad dust collection port connects easily to portable extractors or workshop vacuum systems for a cleaner workspace.
